We figure you know how to R&R your axleshafts and U-joints or have access to a service manual. For that reason, we've only hit the high spots. First, it's important to dress up the yokes prior to installation, removing any nicks, gouges or burrs. You will find that a fine file does this better on high-alloy steel than a coarse one.
